Meet Ms. Gina!
Ms. Gina is an Okie-turned-Texan. And a corporate employee-turned-entrepreneur. Having opened and taught at two art studios in San Antonio, then eventually opening her own art studio there, Boerne’s Gina Marie’s Art Studio is nothing new…unless, of course, you count the sheer awesomeness of being in Boerne.
She’s worked with the Boerne Community Coalition, Roy Maas Youth Alternatives, and also helped found Franklin Park Stone Oak’s “Memories in the Making” program, which provides art therapy classes to residents with Alzheimer’s and dementia.
“Truly, it just makes my heart happy to bring art to others. I am happy if they feel the art and want to create. When they feel the excitement of it, I do too. And I am so blessed to have found this wonderful new home in Boerne.”
